Master Cancel Claim Process
Please note that claims do not begin the verification process with the 3rd party claim administrator assigned by the underwriter until the day after the original reservation departure date.
- Once eligible for processing, the claim then will be verified with the data provided from the reservation software.
- After the verification process is complete, the claim is then adjudicated.
- You will receive a notification email on the determination of your claim.
- Approved claims then are sent to accounting for payment processing.
- Please note if you have not submitted your banking information, there may be a delay in your claim payment.
