How does the property owner/agency get reimbursed when a guest cancels a booking within the coverage period?

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Go to the canceled booking in SuperControl.
  2. The Master Cancel booking extra is a link. Click this to open a popup window.
  3. Click the button to make a claim.
  4. This transfers key data points about the booking. You will need to complete the dates.
  5. Claims payments are processed and paid shortly after original booking check-out date, so that any re-bookings can be calculated into the final claim payment.
