At what point do we file a claim?

  • You can submit the claim at the point you receive the cancellation. The claim will not proceed in the event you do not lose revenue (eg the dates are re-booked at full value).
  • Claims payments are processed and paid shortly after original booking check-out date, so that any re-bookings can be calculated into the final claim payment.
  • Re-booking revenue is applied to the final claims amount.
  • Property Managers must file claims up to but no later than 5 days after the original check out date.
